Analysis of the Chinese green bond market and factors influencing issuance interest rates

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá čínským trhem se zelenýmidluhopisy a faktory ovlivňujícími jejich emisní sazby, s důrazem na dopad pandemie Covid-19 na emisní sazby zelených dluhopisů v Číně. Práce využívá grafickou analýzu ke zkoumání čínského trhu se zelenýmidluhopisy a metodou vicenásobní lineární regrese analyzuje faktory ovlivňující emisní sazby. Nakonec zjišťuje, že pandemie Covid-19 skutečně má významný vliv a mění strukturu modelu ovlivňujících faktorů. Developing communication skills for children preschool age

He is interested in aspects of communication skills, and characterizes the speech ontogenesis stages of language development. It looks disordered, the possibility of development and factors that may affect it. It builds on language education in pre- school education from historical and contemporary perspective. Practical use of monitors of speech to describe situational picture among children aged 3-6 (7) years. The stimulus program to help identify the state of the continuous expression of children aged 5-6 (7) years, and considering the possibility of his influence. Finally, we discussed proposals for changes that could help develop communication skills in preschool children.
Comparing factors influencing purchase behavior of given target groups in beer segment

This bachelor 's thesis focuses on factors influencing purchase behavior of given target groups in beer segment. It focuses mainly on individual factors, which can enter the decision-making process and somehow affect it. The first part of the thesis focuses on history of brewing and of beer bottles in the Czech Republic. After that, the internal and external factors affecting decision-making during purchase are being introduced. Also purchase behavior is being defined and whole purchase-making process is described. Practical part of the thesis focuses on general knowledge of beer brands and individual factors affecting given target groups using quantitative research. The goal of the thesis is to find out about the preferences of the examined target groups and shed a light on the factors affecting purchase behavior.

Comparison of the Czech and Slovenian presidency of the EU: preparation, course, results is the main thesis of my bachelor thesis. The first section of the thesis deals with institutional system of the EU and generally with presidency. Another section of the thesis is focused on changes after adoption of the Treaty of Lisbon. Comparison of historical development of both countries follows the previous sections. The last section of the thesis includes the analyse of particular presidency and then their comparison.
